1,Description and main technical indicators of vacuum induction melting furnace
AE-ZK-1.0L periodic vacuum induction melting furnace is mainly used for medium-frequency induction heating of various high-temperature alloys, iron-based, nickel-based alloys, cobalt-based alloys and certain non-ferrous metals and their alloys under vacuum or inert gas protection. Melting, smelting, casting and molding are carried out according to the principle.
,The furnace has a vertical structure. The smelting chamber and the ingot mold chamber are in the same room. Before smelting, the ingot mold is placed in the furnace chamber. After the smelting is completed, the smelted molten steel is poured into the mold through the observation window. After cooling, , break the vacuum, open the side furnace door and take out the cast ingot mold. Start the next batch of work to achieve cycle production.
The operating temperature of the AE-ZK-1.0L periodic vacuum induction melting furnace generally depends on the crucible material. When magnesium oxide is used as the crucible material, the smelting temperature can reach as high as 1700°C; when zirconia is used as the crucible material, the smelting temperature can reach 1900°C. When using graphite crucible, the temperature can reach 2000°C. Users can choose the type of crucible material according to the material they are smelting.
